Imtec was founded on the
19th of April 1981, operating
out of a garage in Moorabbin.

Initially acting as agents for Schaefer and Rollix, with the range expanding rapidly to include, Graessner, KWD, Mönninghoff, Stiebel, Jaure, Reich, Ringspann and Enzfelder at various stages over the next 30 years.
